Qualify
Our program is really simple. You see, members of our network are looking for very specific types of properties and/or situations.  The first thing that they are looking for is that your home meets their criteria (location, type, size, bedrooms, baths, etc.).  Secondly, that you’re willing to work with them and third, that you’re flexible in your terms
Realtor listed properties will work within our system, however if you’re offering your home as a “For sale by owner” this will give you leg up on the competition.  The reasons are, first, you don’t have to pay the listing agent a $15,000 - $50,000 commission.  In most instances selling your property to us investor will net you more than if you listed with an agent.  Second, it gives you control of the situation and third, the needed flexibility.

Make the deal:
Our members are waiting anxiously to hear about your property so once you qualify and pay our listing fee, they are notified that you’re ready willing and able to accept offers.  The information they receive includes your contact information along with what they need to know about your house. 
After the information has been analyzed they will call to arrange an appointment to talk with you and make an offer.  When you’re contacted by a potential buyer it’s up to you to “make the deal.”  You do this by letting them know you’re motivated and by getting your property ready to show.  You do this by; cleaning, staging and prepping your home to make its first impression count (curb appeal).
