Q. Do you guys really buy houses?
A. Yes we do. We work hard to strcture an offer that will work well for you and solve your problem of getting it sold. In some cases we pay cash, and in others we structure terms that are agreeable to you. We know that one concern of homeowners is DEBT RELIEF. Q. How soon should I expect to hear back from you?
A. It can take from just a few hours, up to a few days. We know that you are just as anxious to hear from us as we are to help you! We check public records and comparable values in your neighborhood to determine how we can best help you in your situation.
Q. How much will I be offered?
A. We do our best to structure an offer that meets your needs as well as ours, which is why in some situations we can get a person more cash than in others. The bottom line is that we do our best to create win-win transactions. Because there are no real estate agents involved (in most cases) you save on Realtor fees. Your offer will also be somewhat reflective of the amount of repairs your house may need. Remember, we buy houses in any condition, so don't worry if your home is in bad shape.
Q. Why should I use you guys instead of listing my home with an agent?
A. We aren't real estate agents! We're buyers that are willing to get financially involved if the transaction makes sense. If you ask an agent to make your house payment during a listing, it just won't happen!

Q. I'm behind in my loan. Must I make another payment?
A. In most cases you don't have to make any more payments.
Q. I'm in foreclosure. Are you still interested?
A. Yes, we are interested. Most of the time we are even be able to save your credit. No one wants a foreclosure on his or her record.
Q. Will you buy the house if it's empty?
A. Yes
Q. Will you buy the house even if I have a bad tenant in there now?
A. Yes, we know how to handle bad tenants.
Q. My house is presently listed with a Realtor for sale, will you still buy it?
A. Of course, if the price is right.
